The Embodied Woman
Mastery Retreat
November 1 - 6, 2026 in Nosara, Costa Rica
There comes a point when life still looks full from the outside, yet something no longer feels quite right.
You've built a life. You've taken on responsibility. You've cared deeply for the people around you.
From the outside, very little may have changed.
Yet something inside you has.
The Embodied Woman is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend six days giving your full attention to what has been quietly asking for it.
Women don't leave with someone else's answers.
They leave relating to their lives differently.
What Changes
“The work is not becoming someone new.
The work is remembering who you are beneath everything that taught you otherwise.”
I've noticed that the biggest changes are rarely dramatic.
A woman who has questioned herself for years makes a decision without asking five other people what they think.
Someone who has spent her life rushing discovers she no longer feels the same urgency.
A difficult relationship becomes clearer. Sometimes it grows stronger. Sometimes it comes to an end.
The things that once consumed so much energy begin to loosen their grip.
Life doesn't suddenly become easy.
But many women find themselves meeting it with far less struggle.
Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is for the woman who has spent years building a meaningful life.
She's capable. Thoughtful. People rely on her.
She has already done a great deal of inner work. She has questioned old patterns, faced difficult truths, and experienced moments when she knew exactly what was right for her.
The challenge isn't that she doesn't know herself.
It's that everyday life has a way of pulling her away from that knowing.
Responsibilities accumulate. The pace of life takes over. Slowly, almost without noticing, she begins making decisions from habit instead of from the place she trusts most.
She doesn't need someone to tell her who she is.
She needs enough space to begin living from it again.
An intimate gathering
of 8 women...
ONE: Honest Self Inquiry
This retreat isn't about finding someone else's answers.
It's about creating the conditions to ask yourself better questions and staying with them long enough for something real to emerge..
TWO: The Wisdom of the Body
Much of what shapes our lives isn't held in thought alone. Throughout the retreat, we'll work with the body as an important source of information, helping you notice patterns, responses, and ways of being that are often missed when we rely only on the mind.
FOUR: Thoughtful Integration
A retreat can open a door, but lasting change happens in everyday life. That's why the work continues beyond these six days, with integration sessions and ongoing support to help what you've experienced become part of how you live.
THREE: Living From What You Know
Many women already know far more than they give themselves credit for. The challenge is rarely a lack of insight. It's learning to make decisions from what they already know, rather than constantly looking outside themselves for reassurance.
Daily Overview
Our days are intentionally spacious. While there is meaningful structure and guidance throughout the retreat, there is also time to rest, reflect, connect, and simply be. We have found that some of the most important moments happen in the spaces between the scheduled activities.
Day 1: Arrival
Theme: Slowing Down
Most women arrive carrying more than they realize. Work, family, relationships, and responsibility have a way of filling every corner of life until there is very little room left simply to notice how you're doing.
The first day is an opportunity to step out of that pace. There is nothing to accomplish here and no one to take care of. We'll settle into the retreat, connect as a group, and begin creating the conditions for the days ahead.
Day 2: Heart Journey
Theme: Hearing Yourself More Clearly
At the heart of the retreat is a full-day ceremonial heart journey.
With decades of combined experience supporting individuals through meaningful life transitions, Brea and Myranda guide this experience with care, presence, and deep respect for each woman's individual process. Participants are thoughtfully prepared beforehand and supported throughout the journey.
When the usual pace of life falls away, many women begin noticing what has been waiting for their attention. This day isn't about becoming someone different. It's an opportunity to stay with your own experience long enough for something important to become clearer.
Note: Because this experience includes ceremonial medicine, a personal conversation is required before registration to ensure the retreat is the right fit.
Day 3: What You're Carrying
Theme: Returning to Yourself
By the third day, the conversations often become more honest.
Together we'll explore the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and patterns you've been carrying, and whether they still belong in the life you're living now. Some may no longer fit. Others may simply ask for a different relationship.
The work isn't to force change. It's to notice what you've been carrying and decide, with honesty, what still feels true.
Day 4: Living From What You Know
Theme: Trusting Your Own Experience
Many women have experienced moments when they knew exactly what felt right for them.
The challenge is rarely that those moments never existed. It's that everyday life has a way of pulling us away from them.
This day is devoted to exploring what changes when you begin making decisions from what you already know instead of continually looking outside yourself for reassurance.
Day 5: Bringing It Into Life
Theme: Ordinary Life
The conversations we've had throughout the week begin meeting the realities of everyday life.
We'll explore what it looks like to bring what you've experienced into your relationships, your work, your family, and the ordinary moments that shape your days. Lasting change rarely comes from one profound experience. It grows through the choices we make once we're home.
Day 6: Returning
Theme: Living What You've Remembered
The retreat may be coming to an end, but your life is waiting for you.
Before leaving, we'll spend time exploring how what you've experienced can find its place in everyday life. Your support continues through post-retreat integration sessions and three weeks of private guidance, giving you space to continue the conversation as you settle back into your own life.

This Retreat Is For You If...
You've done a great deal of work on yourself, yet something still feels unresolved.
You find yourself looking outside yourself for reassurance more often than you'd like.
You've reached a point where the way you've been living no longer feels quite right, even if you can't explain why.
You rarely make time to step away from the responsibilities of everyday life.
You're ready to look honestly at what's true, even if the answers aren't what you expected.
You're less interested in another method and more interested in a different relationship with yourself.
Your Questions, Answered
-
The easiest way to reach Nosara is to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR), which is approximately 2.5–3 hours from the retreat venue.
From Liberia, we recommend Terra Tours or Nosara Happy Cab, both of which offer reliable private and shared shuttle services to Nosara.
If your flights align, you may also choose to take a short domestic flight from either Liberia (LIR) or San José (SJO) directly into Nosara. We recommend checking Sansa Airlines or Green Airways for schedules and availability.
Please know that arriving into Nosara is always and adventure - hence the "‘Pura Vida” phrase used here daily.

Nosara is warm year-round, so we recommend packing lightweight, comfortable clothing that allows you to move, relax, and feel at ease. Think simple, casual, and easy.
During the rainy season, a light rain jacket can be helpful, but in general, you'll likely spend most of your time in breathable clothing, bare foot (or sandals), swimsuits, and comfortable layers.
If you forget something at home, don't worry. Nosara has shops where you can purchase most essentials.
Our best advice? Pack the basics, keep it simple, and come ready to settle into a slower pace.m description
