Brea's unique ability enables her to perceive the location and manner in which emotions are stored within the body, nervous system, and complex energetic systems. She guides her clients somatically to move beyond the constant and repetitive brain chatter and anxiety, supporting them into their core depth where they move into the realms of emotional and energetic mastery.

During these sessions, clients learn to naturally release and transform patterns, traumas, and stressors that have been stored in the body subconsciously for years, often decades. Clients receive support and guidance to transform their relationship with themselves and others, understand their creative and life force potential, and release trauma stored in the body and nervous system.

In the right environment, children and teens naturally possess the ability to tap into their inner strength and power. Brea offers guidance through specific somatic therapy processes designed to equip them with emotional tools for navigating life with clarity and understanding. This results in increased confidence, self-mastery, and the ability to move through life's challenges with ease and trust in oneself.
