THE RETURN

A six-month 1:1 private mentorship.

People usually know something has changed before they know what it is.

From the outside, very little may be different. Their work still matters. Their relationships still matter. They continue showing up in all the ways they always have. But the questions they've been living with no longer feel the same.

The questions keep returning, but the answers no longer land where they once did.

Some people spend months trying to think their way through that. Others stay busy enough not to notice it for a while. Most have talked it over with people they trust and turned it around from every angle they can find.

What
THE
RETURN is

The Return isn't built around a curriculum because life doesn't unfold that way.

Over six months, our conversations follow what's actually happening in your life. Sometimes that's your business. Sometimes it's a relationship. Sometimes it's a decision you've been postponing for months. Sometimes we discover that what first brought you here wasn't really the question at all.

Often, it’s much deeper.

A single conversation can change everything.

Than you go home.

…and what makes it possible?

The work doesn't only happen while we're sitting together.

It happens in the conversation with your partner that doesn't unfold the way it usually does. It happens during a meeting when you notice yourself reacting differently. It happens on an ordinary afternoon when something you've never questioned before suddenly catches your attention.

Those moments are easy to miss. They're also often the moments that matter most.

Alongside our scheduled conversations, we will be communicating and working together between sessions whenever something important arises. Sometimes that's a question. Sometimes it's something you've noticed. Sometimes it's simply a feeling that you don't want to lose before life moves on.

How We Work Together

Over six months, we'll meet twice each month for private conversations.

Between sessions, you'll have direct voice access to me. Life has a way of bringing us the conversations we couldn't have planned for, and I don't believe those moments should have to wait until our next appointment.

Sometimes you'll reach out after a difficult conversation. Sometimes before making a decision. Sometimes because you've noticed something you don't want to lose. Other times, you won't reach out at all. You'll simply arrive at our next session having lived another few weeks, and we'll continue from there.

There isn't an agenda we're trying to complete.

We follow what your life is asking of you, one conversation at a time.

What I’ve Observed.

People often tell me their lives feel completely different by the end of our work together.

Sometimes that's because their circumstances have changed. They've left a relationship, started something new, or made a decision they've been postponing for years.

Just as often, they're living in the same life, but from a very different place.

When they look back, they rarely begin by talking about our sessions.

They talk about the conversation they finally had.

The reaction they no longer had.

The relationship they now have with their partner and children.

The meeting that unfolded differently than it would have six months earlier.

The moment they caught themselves in an old pattern and realised they didn't have to follow it.

"I don't relate to my life the way I used to."

Here’s How We Begin.

Every mentoring relationship begins the same way.

With a conversation.

We'll spend about twenty minutes together talking about what's been occupying your attention lately, what feels important, and what prompted you to reach out.

You don't need to prepare anything.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

In fact, many people begin by saying, "I'm not exactly sure why I'm here. I just know something has changed."

That's enough.

We'll simply explore what's asking for your attention and whether this feels like the right conversation to continue.

If it does, I'll answer any questions you have and explain how I work.

The Return is a six-month private mentorship. We meet twice each month, with ongoing voice support between sessions. The investment is $1,750 USD per month.

I work with only a small number of people in this way each year, so every mentoring relationship begins with this conversation. It gives us both the opportunity to decide whether this feels like the right fit.

What people are saying…

  • I built a new business, but that wasn't the biggest shift. The biggest change was learning to trust myself in a way I never had before.

Even between sessions, our conversations stayed with me. I found myself responding differently to situations that would once have pulled me off course. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Brea - if you’re hesitating, just do it…. this is life changing in the best way possible.

    Micka R, Portland, Oregon

  • This work has changed far more than I expected. I came looking for one thing and found myself relating differently to every part of my life. My relationships have deepened and feel much healthier, I'm less reactive, and I have a steadiness I didn't know was possible. Brea has a remarkable way of staying with a conversation without rushing it, and that changed the way I began meeting my own life.

    Christian H, Vancouver, Canada

  • Working with Brea changed the way I relate to myself and the decisions I make. I stopped looking outside myself for answers and began trusting what I already knew.

The changes have touched every part of my life, but they didn't happen because someone told me what to do. They happened because I began hearing myself more clearly. Thank you Brea for the most important work of my life!
