THE RETURN

A six-month 1:1 private mentorship.

For people navigating a significant decision, relationship, change in their work, or a period of life that no longer feels straightforward.

Most people already know something needs to change. Often, they even know what it is.

What they don't know is what to do next.

A relationship isn't working. Their work is taking too much from them. They're exhausted, overwhelmed, or facing a decision they can no longer avoid.

Other times, it's harder to name. Their life may look much the same from the outside, but something doesn't feel right anymore. The way they've been living, working, relating, or making decisions no longer feels sustainable.

Most people have already spent a lot of time trying to figure it out before they reach me. They've thought about it, talked to people they trust, made changes, or told themselves to give it more time.

What
THE
RETURN is

The Return isn't built around a curriculum because life doesn't unfold that way.

Over six months, our conversations follow what's actually happening in your life. Sometimes that's your work. Sometimes it's a relationship. Sometimes it's a decision you've been postponing for months. And sometimes we discover that what first brought you here wasn't really the question at all.

A single conversation can change a great deal. But then you go back to your life.

You have the conversation with your partner. You make the decision. You walk into the meeting. You notice yourself reacting in the same familiar way — or realize that this time, you didn't.

This is where working together over time becomes different.

We get to see what happens after something becomes clear. What changes when you begin living differently. What still catches you. What you return to. And what gradually stops having the same hold on you.

Some of the most important moments happen between our conversations. In an ordinary afternoon when you notice something you've never questioned before. In a situation that would once have pulled you off course. In the moment you realize you don't have to respond the way you always have.

Over six months, there is enough time for those moments to become part of the work too.

How We Work Together

We meet twice each month, but our conversations aren't planned in advance. We work with whatever is happening in your life at the time.

Sometimes we stay with one thing for several conversations. Other times, what we're working with changes completely from one meeting to the next. A relationship. Your work. Something happening with your children. A decision. An old pattern that has suddenly become impossible not to see.

Between sessions, you also have access to me by voice message. This is an important part of the work because life doesn't wait for our next conversation.

Sometimes you'll send something in the moment because you don't want to lose what you're noticing. Sometimes I'll hear something in what you've shared that feels important to come back to. In some ways, it's like having a personal journal with someone on the other side - someone who knows the larger conversation and can reflect back what you may not yet see yourself.

The work follows your life rather than asking your life to fit around the work.

What I’ve Observed.

People often tell me their lives feel completely different by the end of our work together.

Sometimes that's because their circumstances have changed. They've left a relationship, started something new, changed the way they work, or made a decision they'd been postponing for years.

Other times, the change is harder to point to. It's in how they respond. What they no longer tolerate. The decisions they make. What they no longer feel responsible for.

When they look back, they rarely begin by talking about our sessions.

They talk about the conversation they finally had.
The reaction they no longer had.
The relationship they now have with their partner or children.
The meeting that unfolded differently than it would have six months earlier.
The moment they caught themselves in an old pattern and realised they didn't have to follow it.

More than anything, they know where they're going. They may not know exactly what happens next, but there is a clarity about the path they're walking and the choices they're making along the way.

Here’s How We Begin.

Every mentoring relationship begins with a conversation.

We'll spend about 15 minutes together talking about what's been occupying your attention lately, what feels important, and what has you considering working together.

You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly where the conversation will lead. You may be facing a particular decision or change, or you may have several parts of your life that feel connected in ways you haven't quite made sense of yet.

We'll talk about what's happening, I'll answer any questions you have about how I work, and we'll both get a sense of whether The Return feels like the right fit.

The Return is a six-month private mentorship. We meet twice each month, with ongoing voice support between sessions. The investment is $1,750 USD per month.

I work with only a small number of people in this way at a time. When I have space to take on a new mentorship client, you can schedule a conversation below.

What people are saying…

  • I built a new business, but that wasn't the biggest shift. The biggest change was learning to trust myself in a way I never had before.

Even between sessions, our conversations stayed with me. I found myself responding differently to situations that would once have pulled me off course. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Brea - if you’re hesitating, just do it…. this is life changing in the best way possible.

    Micka R, Portland, Oregon

  • This work has changed far more than I expected. I came looking for one thing and found myself relating differently to every part of my life. My relationships have deepened and feel much healthier, I'm less reactive, and I have a steadiness I didn't know was possible. Brea has a remarkable way of staying with a conversation without rushing it, and that changed the way I began meeting my own life.

    Christian H, Vancouver, Canada

  • Working with Brea changed the way I relate to myself and the decisions I make. I stopped looking outside myself for answers and began trusting what I already knew.

The changes have touched every part of my life, but they didn't happen because someone told me what to do. They happened because I began hearing myself more clearly. Thank you Brea for the most important work of my life!
