THE RETURN.
A six-month private mentorship for people ready to reconnect with themselves beneath success, expectation, and achievement.
You built the business.
You built the life.
You became the person everyone relies on.
And now you're wondering whether the life you've created is actually yours.
From the outside, things may look successful.
Inside, you're tired of carrying so much responsibility, making so many decisions, and feeling disconnected from yourself in the process.
The Alignment is a six-month private mentorship for founders, entrepreneurs, executives, and high-capacity individuals who want to stop living from expectation and start living from what feels true.
OVERVIEW.
THE RETURN is a six-month journey back to yourself.
Not the version of you built around achievement, responsibility, expectation, or survival.
The version beneath all of that.
Over time, many successful people become disconnected from themselves. They learn to perform, manage, carry, produce, and hold everything together. Life may continue to work, but something inside feels increasingly distant.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about letting go of who you were never meant to be.
Together we create the conditions for a deeper level of honesty, self-trust, and connection to emerge. As the nervous system settles and old patterns soften, life begins reorganizing itself around what is true rather than what is expected.
The result is often a quieter mind, healthier relationships, greater clarity, and a life that feels increasingly like your own.
What Makes This Different.
I've spent years exploring leadership, personal growth, business, health, relationships, and human development.
One thing I've noticed is that many successful people are surrounded by information, advice, and expertise.
What they lack is not more insight.
What they lack is a relationship with themselves.
At some point, more strategies stop helping.
More books stop helping.
Even more self-awareness stops helping.
The question becomes:
Can I trust myself?
Not my mentor.
Not my coach.
Not the expectations of my industry, family, or peers.
Me.
This work is ultimately about rebuilding that relationship.
How It Works.
Two Private Sessions Each Month
Over the course of six months, we'll meet twice each month for private sessions.
These sessions are shaped around what is happening in your life and what feels most important to explore. Sometimes that might be a challenge you're navigating, a recurring pattern you're beginning to see more clearly, or a question that keeps returning no matter how much you try to think your way through it.
They are an opportunity to slow down, look honestly at what is happening beneath the surface, and develop a deeper relationship with yourself and your own experience.
Sessions are available online or in person in Nosara, Costa Rica and Victoria, BC.
Direct Voice Access Between Sessions
Between sessions, you'll have direct voice access to me for support as things arise in real life.
Often the moments that matter most don't happen during a scheduled appointment. They happen in the middle of a difficult conversation, a challenging decision, an unexpected realization, or a moment when an old pattern suddenly becomes visible.
Having support in those moments can make all the difference. Instead of trying to sort everything out on your own, you'll have a place to bring what you're experiencing as it unfolds.
Personalized Mentorship
Some people are navigating change. Some are questioning long-held assumptions about their lives, relationships, or work. Some have achieved goals they spent years pursuing only to discover that achievement alone does not create the sense of fulfillment they expected. Others simply know that something feels off, even if they cannot yet explain why.
Rather than applying a formula or moving through a predetermined process, we work with what is actually present. Together, we explore what is shaping your experience, what may be keeping you stuck, and what becomes possible when you begin listening more closely to yourself instead of looking outside for answers.
The intention is not to help you become someone different. It is to help you develop a more honest relationship with yourself so that the choices you make, the relationships you build, and the life you create increasingly reflect what is true for you.
A Container With Shape
One of the reasons this work unfolds over six months is that meaningful change rarely happens all at once.
Insight is important, but insight alone is rarely enough. We need time to live what we are learning, to notice ourselves in familiar situations, and to practice making different choices when old habits return.
Over time, what begins as an insight becomes a lived experience. A new relationship with yourself begins to take root, and the changes tend to be deeper and more lasting as a result.
What You’ll Leave With.
Every person arrives with a different story.
Some are navigating a major transition. Some feel disconnected from themselves despite having achieved many of the things they once wanted. Others simply know something is no longer working, even if they can't yet explain why.
Because of that, no two experiences unfold in exactly the same way.
What I see consistently, however, is that people leave with a different relationship to themselves.
The constant second-guessing begins to quiet.
Decisions become less about what they should do and more about what feels true.
Relationships often become more honest because there is less energy spent performing, managing expectations, or trying to be who someone else needs them to be.
Many people discover that the exhaustion they have been carrying has less to do with how much they are doing and more to do with how much they have been carrying internally.
As old patterns become visible and long-held assumptions are questioned, life often begins to feel simpler.
Not because every challenge disappears.
Because people stop abandoning themselves in the process of navigating those challenges.
The most meaningful shift is rarely a new strategy, breakthrough, or insight.
It is trust.
Trust in your own experience.
Trust in your ability to navigate uncertainty.
Trust in what you know, even when the answer isn't immediately clear.
And from that place, life tends to organize itself differently.
Commitment.
THE RETURN is a six-month private mentorship designed for individuals committed to meaningful change.
Over six months, you'll receive:
Two private sessions each month
Direct voice access between sessions
Personalized mentorship tailored to your life, leadership, relationships, and work
Ongoing support as changes are integrated in real time
Investment: $1,750 USD per month for six months.
Because this work is highly personalized, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time.
If you're interested in exploring whether this is the right fit, the first step is a conversation.
What This Really Is.
Most people spend years trying to change themselves.
Trying to become more confident.
More successful.
More healed.
More certain.
But what if the answer isn't becoming someone new?
What if it's remembering who you've been underneath it all?
The Alignment is not about fixing you.
It is about creating the conditions for you to reconnect with yourself so completely that your life begins to reorganize around what is true.
Relationships become more honest.
Decisions become clearer.
The nervous system settles.
Life feels less like something you're managing and more like something you're genuinely living.
Not because you've become someone else.
Because you've come home to who you already are.
How Do I Start?
The first step is to complete the short inquiry form.
After you submit it, I'll reach out to schedule a 20-minute conversation over Zoom.
This is simply an opportunity for us to meet.
To talk about where you are, what you're navigating, and what has you exploring this work.
You'll have the chance to ask questions, share a bit about your situation, and get a feel for whether The Alignment is the right fit for you.
The fit matters to me as much as it does to you.
I work closely with a very limited number of people at a time, and I want to ensure this container will genuinely support what you're looking for.
If it feels aligned for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.
What people are saying…

The journey I've been on with Brea has completely changed every aspect of my life. I no longer look for someone or something else to save me. I've found my own power and I know how to share it with the world as I choose. Everything I needed was inside me... I just needed someone else who could see it and teach me. Thank you Brea!

I’ve learned how to show up in my masculine energy for my partner in ways I never imagined. I thought this work was just for me, but it has completely changed every single one of my relationships. I've let go of anger and resentment. I found peace and strength inside that didn't know was there. Brea has been there to hold me no matter what I've been going through.

With grace, humour and ease, Brea has guided me to transform my life and create a new career path for myself. I'm now my own successful boss. I've become a leader not just for others, but also by finding trust within myself and for the decisions I make. Working within Brea's energetic field is an incredible gift. She's always available and I can feel her presence even when we aren't actually meeting. Brea - thank you for guiding me to stop hiding and allowing the world to see me!

The Return is designed for founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, executives, and individuals navigating meaningful change.
Some arrive during a period of transition. Others have achieved many of the things they once wanted and find themselves questioning what comes next. Many are carrying significant responsibility and are looking for a way of living that feels more honest, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most.
While every person's circumstances are different, most share a common desire: a deeper relationship with themselves and the confidence to trust what they know.
-
Both.
Life rarely separates neatly into categories. Relationships influence leadership. Health influences business. Family influences decision-making. Work influences everything else.
While many clients are founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders, our work is not limited to a single area of life. Together, we explore whatever is most present and relevant, recognizing that meaningful change in one area often influences the rest.
-
Not at all.
Some people arrive with a specific challenge, decision, or transition they want support navigating. Others simply know that something in their life is asking for attention, even if they can't yet put it into words.
Both are welcome.
Our initial conversations help uncover what feels most important and where the work naturally wants to begin.
-
Most people don't come to me looking for advice.
They come because they are carrying a question, a transition, a decision, or a way of being that no longer feels sustainable.
Over time, our conversations create a space where you can think more clearly, speak more honestly, and hear yourself beneath the noise of expectations, obligations, and competing opinions.
Because our work unfolds over six months, we are able to explore life as it is actually happening—not just in hindsight. We work with the decisions, challenges, opportunities, and relationships that are actively shaping your life as they arise.
Many people tell me that what feels different is not that I provide answers. It's that they begin trusting their own.
-
There is no fixed curriculum or formula.
Rather than telling you what to do, my role is to help you explore what is true for you, navigate the challenges and opportunities in front of you, and build a life that reflects what matters most.
My approach is grounded in deep listening, thoughtful questioning, honest conversation, and more than two decades of experience supporting people through growth, leadership, change, and life's most meaningful transitions.
My role is not to provide answers.
It is to help you hear your own more clearly.
While our conversations may include leadership, relationships, business, personal growth, health, or significant life transitions, the work is always guided by your unique circumstances and what is most alive in your life at the time.
There is no formula, curriculum, or predetermined outcome. My approach is highly personalized, grounded in deep listening, thoughtful questioning, and over two decades of experience supporting people through growth, change, and meaningful life transitions.
-
One of the most valuable aspects of this work is the ability to receive support as life is actually unfolding.
I respond to client messages at least twice daily during the week and often more frequently during periods when additional support is needed. Some of the most meaningful conversations happen in the midst of a difficult decision, a challenging conversation, or a moment when an old pattern is resurfacing.
While I do my best to provide thoughtful and timely support, I also believe in the importance of rest and boundaries. As a result, I generally do not check or respond to messages on Sundays unless previously arranged or in exceptional circumstances.
My intention is to offer consistent support while also modeling a sustainable way of living and working.
-
Yes. I ask for a minimum of two months' notice should you choose to conclude our work together before the end of our time together.
My intention is to ensure there is space to thoughtfully complete and integrate the work rather than ending abruptly.
